This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you use our augmented reality mobile application, PixlBank[ar]. 1. Information We Collect

PixlBank[ar] is designed with privacy in mind. You can use our app without creating an account or providing any personal information such as your name, email, username, or password.

a. Camera Data

To display augmented reality experiences, our app requires access to your device's camera. Camera feed data is processed in real-time on your device to enable AR visualization. We do not store, record, or transmit your camera footage to our servers.

b. Location Information

With your permission, we may collect approximate or precise location data to deliver location-specific AR experiences created by our partners. Location data is used only to determine which AR content to display and is not stored or linked to your identity.

c. Device Information

We automatically collect technical information about your device, including:

- Device model and manufacturer

- Operating system version

- Unique device identifiers (for analytics purposes only)

- IP address

- Mobile network information

- App version

d. Usage Information

We collect non-personal information about how you interact with our app, including:

- AR experiences viewed

- Time and duration of app sessions

- Features accessed

- Interaction patterns with AR content

- Performance and crash data

e. Sensor Data

To enable AR functionality, our app accesses device sensors including accelerometer, gyroscope, and depth sensors (when available). This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

a. Providing AR Services

We use collected information solely to deliver, maintain, and improve our augmented reality viewing experiences.

b. Location-Based Content

Location data is used to display relevant AR experiences based on your geographic location or proximity to partner locations.

c. Service Improvement

We analyze aggregated usage information to understand performance, identify technical issues, optimize AR content delivery, and enhance user experience.

d. Technical Support

Device and usage information helps us troubleshoot issues and provide technical support when problems occur.

e. Analytics

We use anonymized data to understand app usage patterns, measure engagement with partner AR experiences, and improve our services.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

a. Partner Analytics

We may share aggregated, anonymized usage statistics with our partner clients to help them understand engagement with their AR experiences. This data does not identify individual users.

b. Third-Party Service Providers

We use trusted third-party service providers for:

- Cloud hosting and content delivery

- Analytics and performance monitoring

- Crash reporting and diagnostics

- App distribution (Apple App Store, Google Play Store)

These providers have access only to information necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect your data.

5. Data Retention

a. Usage and Analytics Data

Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes. Device-specific usage data is retained for up to 24 months.

b. Location Data

Location data is used in real-time to deliver relevant AR content and is not stored beyond the duration of your app session.

c. Technical Logs

Server logs containing IP addresses and device information are retained for up to 90 days for security and troubleshooting purposes.

d. Legal Requirements

We retain certain information as required by law for regulatory compliance purposes.

6. Your Rights and Choices

a. Camera Permissions

You can revoke camera access at any time through your device settings. Without camera access, AR experiences cannot be displayed.

b. Location Permissions

You can revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. This may limit access to location-specific AR experiences.

c. App Deletion

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the app from your device. Upon uninstallation, no further data will be collected. Previously collected anonymized analytics data may be retained as described in Section 5.

d. Do Not Track

Our app does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals from browsers.

e. Advertising ID

You can reset or limit ad tracking through your device settings (iOS: Settings > Privacy > Advertising; Android: Settings > Google > Ads).

7. Rights for European Users (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, European Economic Area, or United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

a. Right to be Informed

We provide transparent information about how we process data through this privacy policy.

b. Right of Access

You may request information about the data we have collected from your device usage.

You may request deletion of any data associated with your device identifier, subject to certain legal exceptions.

Since our app does not collect personal information that identifies you, many GDPR rights related to personal data may not apply. However, we respect your privacy rights and will respond to legitimate requests.

To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 11 below. We will respond to legitimate requests within one month. We may need to request your device identifier or other technical information to locate relevant data. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

8. Children's Privacy

Our app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Parents and guardians should supervise children's use of AR applications. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 (or 16 in the European Union) that identifies them, please contact us immediately, and we will promptly address the issue.

9. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

- Right to know what information is collected and how it is used

- Right to request deletion of information associated with your device

- Right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell any information)

Since our app does not collect personal information that identifies you, CCPA rights related to personal information may not apply. However, we respect your privacy and will respond to legitimate requests.

AR experiences displayed through our app are created by PixlBank in collaboration with our partner clients. These experiences may contain references to or information about third-party businesses, products, or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any businesses featured in AR experiences you view.

11. International Data Transfers

Information collected by our app may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes through the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
